Mississippi River recedes, St.Paul roads reopen (KAAL Austin)

Things are getting back to normal as floodwaters recede along the Mississippi river in St. Paul. Shephard and Warner Roads reopened to traffic Wednesday morning, so did Jackson and Sibley.

The capital city’s latest homicide was under investigation Tuesday night. Shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday a Jackson resident discovered a body in their backyard on Collier Ally off Church Street.
